what temp & set back to set at

just set up outside wood boiler, 200 gallon storage, and i am wondering to be the most effeciant,what should i set my max temperature at and how many degrees set back(kick in for blowers) i am now using 175 with kick in at 160??
 
sorry, Its a Crown Royal stove, model 7300 stainless steel, 200 gallon total stove plus 250 feet 1 inch oxy,barrier pex gives me about 20 more gallons. when the blowers kick in is from top and bottom,roars like a torch. minimum smoke,so far very happy but costs total about 13000.00
