not sure what the nh tree farmer magazine is. do you mean the granite state tree farmer newsletter? or the NHTOAs Timber Crier?
if so, that's probably a different eric johnson, who lives in nh, not ny. he's presently the program director for the NHTOA. that isn't the eric johnson who is the editor of Northern Logger.

I actually drove by his office last week on my way to Lake Placid. I think he's still there. . .they're just makin' him work now ;-)
