I live in New Jersey and I know a little about solar systems and SRECs, but they seem almost too good to be true. Is anyone here with a residential solar system selling them? How do you get them? How do you sell them? How has the price been?

I am fairly certain that NJ is protectionist... No SREC's in/No SREC's out. I am selling 250/year in PA to an Ohio company, under contract to 2014. Not sure what your question is.

You get one SREC for every 1,000KW of electric produced by your panels. The grid operator (in my case PJM) generates them and allows me to move them around accordingly with their webpage.
