Why do I have insufficient privilege to post on the want ads?

Note that ads cannot be responded to directly on the forum.
If the ad contains an email address or phone number, you can respond in that fashion.
Otherwise, click on the Avatar (user pic at the left) and a screen overlay will open (see the enclosed screen shot). Click the "start a conversation" link- that starts a private conversation with the person who posted the advertisement.
