I have had an Accentra insert for three years now. I did the install myself.. I know the stove inside and out.. Have had all the common problems and resolved them all.. Usually without the help from dealer.. And with no help from Harman(of course).... Also considering selling my Accentra if I get a serious offer.. Oh and the 3 tons of pellets I bought.. I will sell them same cost I paid... Hope to hear from someone.. Winter is here...
