Will my insert fall out?!

Hey all, there is some type of cement that has been holding my insert in place, but has started falling out. If I tug on the insert it wiggles a little bit, is this a danger? Can I repair this myself or should I call in a pro? Hopefully these pics will help (please excuse the dirty glass!)

Welcome. Is that an insert or just glass doors with a surround? It's hard to tell with the pictures. Note that if you shoot with the camera horizontal the pictures will not need rotating.
