Winslow PS 40 speed settings

Winslow PS 40 speed settings #1,2+3 run fine but the fan struggles with #4. Runs quiet for a few minutes then sounds loud and odd, as if something is not right. One year old, cleaned frequently and as recent as yesterday. Same problem today.

My maintenance guy cleaned the blowers prior to this burn season. The manual recommends this on an annual basis. I am burning Northern Warmth Supreme Douglas Fir softwood pellets.

Well I would assume you have a blower going bad, or a dead mouse in the convection blower.
