Hey Guys,
I'm looking for a wireless temperature sensor so I can check boiler temperature from the comfort of the living room. :) Nothing fancy, preferably a clamp-on sensor. Thanks

Thanks, any other suggestions?

So you're wanting to check water temp I assume? I use a Maverick ET732 dual probe wireless BBQ thermometer https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CC4QFjAA&url=http://www.maverickhousewares.com/et732.htm&ei=eCabVJjdBNi2yATuvoCgAw&usg=AFQjCNFhiTSwLwutAkSGmdW4Xj4J3x1fPw to monitor temps on my Yukon furnace. I monitor supply plenum air temps and external flue pipe temps. The probes are supposed to be able to take 6-700*, can't remember exactly, I didn't want to risk a problem with the probe on the flue pipe so I kept it external but I taped on on the pipe with high temp tape and put high temp insulation over it so the temps would be closer to actual. It works pretty good, temps may not be super precise but once you know what normal is, it's all relative. I would think you could do the same on a water line or tank. Oh, and programmable low/high temp alarms too, been using mine for a couple years now, not bad for the $!
