I am stuck in the interstate. They say a transfer truck dodged a falling try and flipped. I wonder if I can get them to cut to 18" lengths and load me up

Are you carrying sandwiches and beer? That would probably seal the deal. ::-)
 
No. You may have better luck with 16", however.
