I've seen this before and before I go grab it, what kind of wood is this?

Looks like maple to me
although, we only have norway and swamp maple here and it's not yellow inside like that

That is not maple, I think. I believe it is probably Mulberry, the ridged bark and yellow wood make me think Mulberry. Good firewood.
