Yes, it's a new install and a closed system. I'm used to installing government installations with chilled water and hot water systems in which each system uses a chemical pot feeder. Wasn't sure if additives are needed for scale, rust prevention.

I came across a partially used drum of Dynalene PG (40 gallons) from a chiller install.

Website claims its uses are for HVAC/R, thermal storage, solar, etc. Anyone see a reason why not to use it?
