Wood/Oil multi-fuel furnace capable of heating 3700 sq ft?

    What sort of construction is it? Anything particularly odd (large quantities of single-pane windows, restaurant exhaust hood, etc.)?

    Probably looking at a 150kbtu unit, at an educated guess.
