Might help (maybe) , did you look inside the door to see if the manufacturers name was cast into it?

It looks like a Buck Stove model 2700. I only know that from reading various posts here, so I can't help beyond that, but having the name and model number might help you with finding more information.
If you just want to get blower fixed up. Try pulling fan box apart, and see if motor has any stickers, then find a motor repair shop and see if they can get you just the motor itself. It was way cheaper for me when my DW blower stopped working.
