Wood stove or washing machine?

That's Captain Nemo's machine. It came off the Nautilus. It was built to be used either as a woodstove or a washing machine. Rick
 
We have a picture somewhere in the archive of the freestanding version of this stove. My brain cells haven't woken up enough to remember it's name. Seems to me they were made of cast cement.
 
It's like a masonry heater woodstove. No idea how it performs, but I like the concept.
 
I thought it was a small submersible used by the hobbits in lord of the rings.
 
It's beautiful. I've never heard of a cement stove though. Has anyone else?
