Got some of this from my tree service guy. I do some green woodworking, he gets me trimmings and such. He referred to it as 'good blood'. Looks kinda oaky to me. Medullary rays, smells kinda like oranges, it also spalted really quick. Ran this same ID over at lumberjocks and had no real answers.

First pick of the barked pieces is oak.
 
It is oak, and I think in the Red Oak group. I am not sure you can ID this wood based on the bark of branches, which is all you show in the pics.
