    Hi:
I have a Yankee Bay insert from Lopi and last night it stops feeding pellets.
I had cleaned the hopper and put a few pellets and I can see the auger
trying to spin. Any hep on how to address the problem?
    Thanks

    All running again.
The auger was stuck I have cleaned and I didn't realize
that it takes between 7 to 10 minutes to work again.
    Thanks

    Northwestern CT.
Shouldn't take that long to work again. Might be a plugged vacuum nipple/hose?

It could be, I don't know I read about the time in
    a trouble shouting guide.
The stove is working, what I noticed is that there are a lot more pellets in the fire pot now than before.
    Thanks

Auger should start as soon as stove is turned on. It's possible that the connection between the auger motor and auger is loose.....there is a set screw that holds them connected. The set screw should be tightened against the flat part of the auger shaft....check it out.
