your out looking at your pile saying i hope i have enough to make it thru this winter. the other half of the pile is still green. and then you get confident it's oct and still in the seventies

I hear you there on that one.. we had that cold snap two weekends ago and at that time I was thinking I am already ahead of the game over last year..Now its the latter end of October and I still have only had one days worth of fire.
