Zero clearance insert?

    I have my Appalachian 32 xlbw insert on ebay and have been asked if its a zero clearance insert? Anyone know how I can tell or can tell me what to tell the guy?

    I did a quick google search. It's not zero clearance. The insert is designed to be installed into an existing fireplace.
