Well, so far it looks fairly simple - but we have not yet started to scratch the surface of what it takes to make "artisan" products like these - come along with me as we explore many of the subassemblies that are needed to make these products some of the most decorative and functional on the market today. My tour guide, engineer Jim Holt, is shown here with a cast iron part of a gas burner assembly. This must be mated with numerous other parts to complete the entire gas "guts".
