You can easily resize pictures with Paint of you so choose. There are many other programs that will do it too but if you have Windows, you already have Paint. Just go to Image and then Stretch/Skew. Notice 100% in the Horizontal and Vertical. Just change those two numbers. If you want larger, try 125% or smaller try 75%. You can then use Save As to save it with a different name and then you have both sizes of the pictures.
