I was getting ready to mill when I went back to the Rhino, that is when I notice this turtle in some young pines.

The turtle was about 30 yards from the area I was milling in.

I would have guessed it was a painted turtle, but... I gotta agree with Gamma and her drunk dancing stick stick man-it looks like a wood turtle.
Now, what the heck was he doing in your wood gathering area????
 
Zap it said in the Wikipedia article the only other turtle with the genus Glyptemys is referred to as the Bog Turtle. I think you should name him Swampy........coincedence? I THINK NOT!:p
 
Swampy, that is one old nickname they use to call me when I was a kid. Live in Louisville New York, guess we had plenty of swamps.::P
The one good thing is until today I never run the rhino in that area.
