In The Woods
Just out walking around, seemed to be plenty of Robins around.

Them damm things drive me nuts! Don't get me wrong, I am an animal and bird lover myself, but I get tired of those buggers making nests in EVERY nook and cranny around our house and barn. PITA! Great pics, Zap.

The first year we bought our house a robin built a nest in the corner of our front porch. I did not know any better so left it.
That mudder attacked me everytime I came in or out the front door. I put the kybosh on that real quick. >>
I pull them down now as soon as they start building one.
They got tons of acres of woods here and they pick my friggin front porch!
I like robins otherwise though...;lol
Nice pics zap.

They seem to like the spruce trees here for their nests.
Good garden security guards for bugs.

I get a kick out of robins following me around on the mower. Them little bugger will get within a couple of feet of me. Must be hunting bugs that I kick up.

As always...nice pics, Zap.

Except when they peck a delicate seedling to pieces for the bug on it. I'm gonna buy them chopsticks so they don't destroy my garden.

Out here they never leave. They are busy looking for worms and grubs year round. After tilling the garden it's a regular party. More like Flockin' Robin!
