It has an aux built in, so one should be able to wire in a pellet stove through the R W and loop the central system into the AUX. Now you can control your stove on and off across the inter net or with your smartphone.

Unless it has a "Swing Setting" it is not very useful for a wood pellet stove.
 
Hmmm, so it learns not to work when your fourteen year old daughter, wearing shorts and a tank top, while it is 19 degrees outside, grabs a big handful of thermostat, 'cause she's cold!

Why the heck is it 85 degrees in here!

I ran a screw into the dial of our old Honeywell to put a stop to that nonsense! ;lol
