I had my first fire of the season last night due to it being 27 outside. I noticed a hole in one of the boards. When checking this site at one time I thought I seen some suggestions for replacement baffle boards that were cheaper on Ebay or something. Can anyone point me the right way? Thanks.

Over the years I have looked around for the stuff. It being 1/2" is the hard part. Not a thickness that is easy to find. To have a couple of spares I bought the "early bird kit" for $119 including shipping which gives ya two boards and a new door and window gasket with the cement for less than the usual price of the boards not to mention the added shipping.

For a temp fix on a hole until you get the new board you plan on using, if you have any 1/4 in hardibacker or similar around, I'd cut a section off and cover the spot with it by placing it on top.
