Update to splitter motor change

Should it be a problem Increasing engines from a 15 year old B&S 10hp Intek to a GX 340 11hp honda?
 
If it fits, no problem at all.
Be a good match, maybe better fuel economy too ;)
 
Installed a used Honda GX340 11hp last night. Will get some pics later today.
 
Motor installed. Man, this gx340 is big. Runs good but surges a little. Hopefully a little seafoam will clear it up.

Never got an answer in the last thread, what GPM is your pump? If anything a larger motor could run a larger pump if you are looking for a faster cycle time.
I really don't know the pump GPM. The tag on it is damaged. If I post a pic can you tell?
