Hey everyone I live on the pellet side of town, but I often visit and enjoy reading the posts here, and notice a hand full of members that live in my area. If this is not the proper place, mods please move this where it belongs. In the paper today is some free firewood I noticed.

Man, this stuff is one county north from me (i.e., I live in Howard County). If I wasn't recovering from what the docs say is a sinus infection, I would be all over it. Luckily, I have a couple scrounges already lined up for once I get better. Have to get started on 2014/2015's heat.

We are just south of the old volunteer fire house on144 and right around the corner from the new behemoth volunteer fire house on 99/32. Most of the volunteer fire fighters I hunt with are from Montgomery County and DC. It is really a small world. I have met a bunch of hunting, fishing, and cycling friends from the area via online chatboards. Eventually I'll meet some wood cutting buddies too. It just takes a little time.
