MWP blend. Plenty of flame. Very manageable ash.

MWP Blend. They work fine in my stove like others before me have stated (except Sinnian).

Sinnian - If you think they're bad now, you should have tried them a couple of years ago when they first started up. Then I would have agreed they were horse bedding. I personally think they're a pretty good pellet for $197/ton. A lot better than others I've tried.

Presto Logs in the Quad (burning now)

And Rocky Mountains in the Fahrenheit (not running/ not cold enough)

And Cherry in the Wood eater ;)

Still working on shoulder pellets, New England. When it gets real cold the cubex will come out.

Green Teams, not cold enough for the Hamers yet. Getting good heat from the GTs, but also a bit of ash.

ProPellets as that's what I mostly have. Going to save my sets for the close to sub zero nights. I am having clinkers with the propellets though, think I should up the airflow a bit? (2-2-1) on the bottom 3.

MWP Softies.....really getting to like them, less ash then the MWP blend and for whatever reason seem to burn better the colder it gets.

trying the new name brand cascade (prior name atlas) was cheep 189 ton . miss my Blazers.. smell better and less ash

Greene Gold after a 24' exhaust vent clean with Lint Eater.
I noticed in your signature you have cherry pits, can they be burned in a p35i? If so how are they?

fmsm: I'm not sure about the pits which is why I haven't burned them. (And I prefer to sweep my vent after a ton, not a season; to each his own.)

Finishing up the last of the Presto Logs (which burned great for me) then on to the Somersets (hopefully these burn better than all of the others)

Cubex, as usual

Pennywise. $6 a bag for pellets????!!!

Oh yes. There is one place here that, if you buy by the bag rather than per ton, has a 30% markup on that standalone bag bringing it to over $6

Burning Country Boy (red & white oak). In my opinion they are equal to Somerset.
They are made by Southern Kentucky Hardwood Flooring & they are about 75 miles
west of Sommerset Kentucky. I have burned both & fins no heat or ash difference.
A friend of mine claims that he was burning 12hrs w/AWF & can burn 16 hours with
Country Boy(Quad 1200).
You'all stay warm!

5 degrees out and burning Indecks. Ash, yes. I am warm and have extra ash bucket with having done a complete cleaning with Leaf blower last Tuesday. Average bag cost 3.30.

How can you tell which type of MWP pellets you have? All it says on the bag is made of "100% wood".

IIRC the softies state softwood on the bag if that isn't on the bag it is a 65/35 hardwood/softwood blend.

Gotcha thanks! Certainly doesn't say anything regarding softwood on the bag. I got 6 bags to test (and they seem fine so far), just wondering if they ship the softies down to Mass (I picked up my test bags at TSC in Taunton, Mass)?

It's 26 degrees this morning in beautiful Oconomowoc, WI. Supposed to go down to 13 tonight. I've been burning Lumberjacks but dumped in a couple bags of Uncle Jed's last night.

Uncle Jed's. Finally had to close the window over the sink. The Auburn is still perking along on low. 78° as I type. No complaints at all.
