My first attempt at bologna...

Here they are waiting for the smoker to warm up:

I burned two pans of chips in the smoker and transferred them to the oven which is set at 200 degrees. Now I just have to turn them regularly and wait for the internal temp to get where it needs to be. I hope they turn out well. I microwaved a few small little rolls and the flavor was good. We'll see in a few hours.

Very cool...but it doesn't look like there is enough for everyone on the forum.

Yeah, sorry, I had a good year chasing the deer but I don't think I could feed the forum even if I turned all of my venison into bologna.

I'm very pleased with how it turned out. I'll definitely be making more of this in the future. Tomorrow, though, snack sticks are going into the smoker.
