I need help with a couple things where to plum the dump zone out of, and where to plumb the no power overheat zone. There is a pressure reliefe valve plumbed back into the boiler, does this go to the no power dump??? The other fitting on top of the boiler is controled by a aquastat a 200 degrees when it opens the zone is thiz my constant dump when the house isnt calling for heat any help would be great i have the manual but its vague

Could do it different ways depending how your system is configured now & exactly what you have for ports & controls.

One circuit out the top of the boiler could do both tasks, using a normally open zone valve and a break on rise aquastat, or you could use an existing zone and its piping to dump to, or some combination. You shouldn't have to use the pressure relief port - although mine does. Pictures might help, and defintely more info on what you have now. But it sounds like you already have a dump zone? (the 200 thing).

I was gonna use old baseboard for a non power heat dump and i have a heatexchanger with a fan to run a heat dump in my garage,The house heat i would like to tie into my existing propane heat plumbed to a heat exchanger in my airhandler just not sure how yet

On early boilers like your the , if there was a overheat condition the pressure relief was plumped into the fire box , so when the pressure relief lets go it puts the fire out .
If your wood boiler is plumbed that way , to maintain its certification ,CSA or Ul approval it will have to be run that way .

Would you happen to know if the Kerr T101 has a plate on it to mount a hot water coil and what side of the boiler facing the front would it be on? I have one I have been using for years. Without guessing which side to take apart to find plate if it has one.

This boiler is not equipped with a domestic coil for heating tap water, but does have a place to install one.
This is a line describing a unit for sale on eBay , a coil can definitely be installed , but the question still remains which side ?

The boiler I have is a Titan TC 202 wood and coal. I want to put a hot water coil in it and would like to know if anybody knows if while facing the boiler which side the coil goes. Mine has all the electric components mounted on the left side. Without having to undo all that I was hoping to get this info. Also if anybody know where to get a coil. Thank You
