Got a free sample a few weeks ago. These things are amazing. Work much better than the pine cones I use. I have added them to my wish list of gifts permanently.

I wouldn't mess with it. The savings aren't going to be much. I light 4 fires with each puck. That's less than 20 cents a fire.

Break them into fourths. They will last longer and should be adequate to light fires with.

Got my box of super cedars today! Perfect timing as today is the last day of our estate sale. Been running the fireplace over there and enjoying the fire. Super cedar worked great for the fire.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1358610707.931836.jpg

I can't sing the praises of Super Cedars enough. I have some sliced-up firelogs that I have to use up, along with some fatwood. I will use these products up just to get rid of them, but occasionally I run out of kindling, or want Ta faster light up, and I'll tell myself, "This looks like a job for...SUPERCEDARS!"

I received some firelogs for X-Mas. I haven't tried them yet. Heavy little suckers. I have lots of seasoned oak. For some reason, oak wins!!!

Cute little girl, lucky guy!!

What are those pipes in the fireplace? Is that just a custom bent fire grate?

Yes they are just custom bent pipes, not connected to anything for a blower. Thats in a house that we bought to flip. If it was my place it would be getting an insert. Perfectly centered in the house with an interior chimney.
