Got to looking and found that sometime back ago I must have put foil tape over the whole, bottom front out side, that feeds the Dog House air inside the stove. So all winter I have been Burning with no Dog House Air.

It does make a difference the stove burns much hotter now with the primary air shut down all the way. As a matter of fact its more liking to get too hot on me now. But I am getting her shut down quicker now to keep the burn under control.

Sounds like a senior moment...
 
Let me tell you what i done the other morning..... I got up to stoke the fire and i set there for 20 minutes trying get the reload going. Well i get woke up more and look down at the air and it was only a smudge open i must have great draft cause it was going just slow. Opened it up and it took right off first time i have done that.
 
Well It was a mistake but I am ready for the next cold snap this weekend come get me now.
