I think I've only ever run into one Gordon Setter in my walkabouts with the dog(s). Not sure why - I didn't know what it was (had to ask about the breed) but it was one of those dogs you kinda wanted to kidnap (dognap?) and take home....
 
they are great dogs....I've had the breed for over 25 years

Well guess I am the dog LOL I spend as many nights on the old couch in front of the stove very toasty warm than in bed.. The colder it gets more likely to curl up on the couch.. With a good deal of arthritis at only 61 the heat just feels so good and makes it go away for a few hours. For all you younger guys take care of you back and joints working like you are an unbreakable machine might be a macho thing now but there will be costs later trust me. If not you will end up like me a walking weather station.
