Anyone else watching this show? My wife got into it and I kind of hate it, but I keep watching for some reason. It's an awful show in every way, shape, and form, but something keeps me coming back. We're only into the second season so far, so forgive me if I'm a little behind...The overdone southern accents are enough to make you vomit, and it's painful to see the guy from Boondock Saints, first playing such an annoying character, and second playing him so badly. The guy who was in the coma means well, but it's kind of like watching Barney Fife try to lead a group. The other cop is a stone cold sociopath. I kind of like the old guy with the RV though. I mean don't get me wrong-one of the first horror movies I ever saw was Night of the Living Dead and I still love that movie to this day, but what they're doing with zombies these days is ridiculous.

-Zombies don't run. Enough with the running, coordinated, vicious, seek-and-destroy, hunter zombies...

-Ok fine, I'll buy the BS line about how the zombies kill and eat animals, other people, and sustain themselves that way, but eventually SOME of them would have to start starving to death.

-Why the hell wouldn't they get out of Georgia and go somewhere cold? I don't care if these things can feed themselves, they don't have enough sense to build a fire. I'd be headed for northern Maine and waiting for winter. A couple -30 degree nights and the damn things would be frozen solid.

-Gasoline would have been pretty stale by now-they're constantly salvaging gas from all sorts of places and using it cars. Without Seafoam I can't keep gas good for more than four weeks!

-What's with banding together? I'd be running far away from any living person I saw-they seem a hell of a lot more dangerous than the zombies.

Haven't seen it but a guy on the radio today said the humans looked worse than the zombies.

;lol Look at it this way, the zombies just want to kill you. The humans on the show love each other one minute, pull guns on each other the next, and are constantly trying to figure out how to kill each other. It's kind of like a really bad marriage with a bunch of people who haven't slept or showered in days :p

I love the zombie part. But the stupid relationship drama between the humans turned me off. Sleeping with your best friend's wife, getting her knocked up, her dying as she delivers. Blah. Blow up zombies all day long, doesn't bug me. Affairs glorified bug me. I watched the first 8-10 episodes then read spoilers as I was hoping it'd turn around, but it just got worse.

I'm looking forward to Revolution starting back up again now that the Fringe is officially over.

I cheered when that sick SOB finally bit the dust. He was such a terrible actor he didn't even make a good zombie!

The thing that bugs me about Revolution is all of the magical power stuff. If they had just made it more realistic I'd be into it instead of that nonsense where some guy has an amulet that powers a whole city.

I don't know where all of this zombie stuff has popped up from. I hadn't heard of zombies since the old Charlie Chan movies sixty years ago.

Zombies and people calling each other morons. How fifties.

I think it's because vampires are no longer scary due to Twilight ;lol

You have not convinced me that turning on my TV is worth the effort.

I was watching North Woods Law this morning-much better programming

I watched 5 minutes of it, a very young zombie girl was shot and it reminded me too much of the Newtown shootings so I turned it off.

Just started watching it from the beginning . . . and now I know what happens to the cop's best friend, wife, etc. . . . so much for cliff hanging endings. Hehheh.

I tried to watch the first season when it came out, but after a few shows I couldn't do it. Way too much drama/whining and not enough action. Could condense a whole season into a 1 hr show if all the b/s was removed.

I like North Wood's Law.. just waiting to see someone I know on there. Same with the AK Trooper show. My buddy was on there winching a lady out of a ditch, but I haven't seen it air yet (he had to sign release forms)

Because zombies are so realistic :p. I figure if I wanted to watch something realistic, I'd grab my lawn chair and sit out in front of Walmart. Real-life entertainment ;lol

I watch TWD strictly for the terrible acting ;lol Seriously, if Revolution concentrated more on HOW people were surviving without power (ie: I saw a steam train on one of the commercials-that could have been interesting) rather than the mumbo-jumbo it would have been cool. It would also have been more interesting to see in depth what had happened to industrial facilities, nuclear power plants, etc...as a result of total power loss. Presumably there would have been some pretty large scale disasters.

My hubby watches, I just laugh. I don't get the whole Zombie thing of late but it seems to be a recurring them. Ammo company Hornady actually brands "zombie" rounds "just in case"......just in case you really think that zombies are coming!

I got bored and found several series to watch on netflix, then got hooked to them all. I watch this (but I'm a Zombie Genre fan). I also watch Breaking Bad (way better than I anticipated from the TV previews) and also Sons of Anarchy (that took a couple of seasons before I decided I liked it)

Really, I'm just trying to fill the voids left from Hero and also from Deadwood. I freaking loved those shows (ok, not the later Hero seasons).

TWD is ok, wife really likes the show. I kinda like how what you think are main characters get offed every now & then though. Breaking Bad is great and we are anxiously waiting for the next season of Game of Thrones to come out on dvd. Will try to find the North Woods show, new one to me. I'll be glad when we change the clocks next month, less TV and more outdoor stuff!
