Some local entrepreneurs out to earn a buck this morning. They seem well-equipped as well!

I should add that's me on the tractor.

MM,

I run a similar setup here. Looks like you have an adjustable (height) chute - might if you share the details how that is rigged up? I have a manual one - as in get off the machine, angle up/down as needed.

Standard equipment on that setup. It's a push/pull cable setup. Simplest way to retrofit yours would be a cable to pull the deflector down and a spring to assist it on the way back up. What specific rig do you have? Deere? Another brand?

I've got an older Craftsman setup. Any possibility of you posting a closeup of your cable setup?

Craftsman used the same blower (Agri-Fab) I have for a long time. Dunno but they still might. The L100 and LT series is the only set of tractors that Deere didn't use their own design for the snowblower.

Sounds like a sensationalized ploy for ratings now that NBC purchased the weather channel.

Thanks for the pics, MM.

The naming thing is only the weather channel. It is a rating ploy.

Known as the "Blizzard of 2013" around these parts...
