Little too far for me. Not in effort, but in the return trip with a load of widow-makers. Don't like the white knuckle trips with firewood. Tomorrow I am going to be replacing the bulldog on a trailer that a friend gave me. It is a dual axle 5-6k lb 14 ft with 4 ft high rails. That is a wood hauler! Hope to have it hauling the big ash logs I posted about earlier.

A 14' dual axle 7000 lb rating is exactly what I'm looking for.
Perfect wood hauler IMO

You got yours at the best price :)

Got close to getting one , but it didn't have brakes.
Still looking.

This one has brakes. It is not in bad condition, but will need lights and new decking. I am hoping it will take the L3200 ok. I was about to look at a 16 ft trailer that was for sale on CL for 1400, when my friend offerred me the one he had. Free makes the choice easy. It trailed home true as can be. Can't wait to get it cleaned up and fully operational.

I think I have said this before but if you need to use a trailer, just give me a heads up. I have an 18ft 12k trailer with ~3.5ft sides. It's actually stored at Shack's farm along with the remainder of the logs I didn't get time to cut before the snow came.
