So last Friday I took it into Novus. They were way closer. He thought he could fix it so I told him to go ahead. They did the fix, but it is more structural than visual. I can still see the crack. If it doesn't hold up the cost gets credited toward a new windshield.

No they wouldn't be OEM. You'll probably have a coronary when given the price for glass from the dealer. That $350 might cover the trim pieces for the glass!

The glass from the dealer should be around ~375+tax then you'll have to pay around $125 for install

I had checked for my truck a few years ago (98 Ram) and it was somewhere around $700

I posted the part number for Begreen the other day, list says $375.

I finally did check that part number out with Toyota. Better be sitting down for this one. They list the window at $1000, but for this month only I can get it for $818. Such a deal!

Did you check with the local dealer only? The local dealer will often quote you a price that is way too high. If that is the correct price that is nuts. You might try looking around and see who makes the OE Toyota windshield. Like a lot of parts, Toyota contracts out windshields so it might be made by someone like PPG. If you then buy that brand you are basically getting the same windshield without the Toyota marking in the corner.

Yep, totally nuts. Novus sells the windshield for $306.
