Generac iX2000 Watt Inverter Generator ?

Anyone have any experience with this generator? I'm thinking of picking one up for running pellet stove. Figured I would have 6 months to find a deal. Anyone know anything about it?

Not the greatest reviews on amazon. I own a standard generac generator and it works for my needs. Usually starts after 5 to 10 pulls. Nothing like a Honda. My power washer is 10 years old with a Honda and always starts within 2 pulls.

IMO, start putting some $$ aside each paycheck, and buy the Honda before burning season in the fall. Quality unit, very quiet.

There are also propane conversion kits for about $225. One 20lb tank should last 15-20 hours, depending on load.

Over the years, I have found that nothing beats Honda for small engines. Snow Blower, Lawn mower etc. They are more money, but they are that for a reason.

generac I was told didn't make the small inverter just labled generac, anywho I borrowed a Honda 2000 inverter dam thing ran from 7pm to 5am om less than a gallon of gas quite impressed I even offered to buy it from my friend but for 1200 bucks it should be impressive

plenty of new ones online and in stores like cabelas and costco . don't think you looked very hard . http://supergenproducts.com/shop/

lots of them sold at rv dealers too . these are not an unproven product .

the refurbs are just a wicked good bargain for those looking at something less spendy .
