I was surfing around the net and looking for other avenues of reviews for the M-55 Steel and the 10-CPM and I came across this. Not only is the Price a little off (I am looking at AmFm rebuilt models) but the design is Way off. Although the door and handle look like an Englander part??

Was wondering if anyone else has seen this?

Personally, I like the switch-grass on the side panels of the CPM.. I hope they don't change it. IF... A big IF they did, the only thing I would hope they change is the hopper size. Increase it to 80 to 100 lbs, so it can hold at least 2 bags of pellets...

Is this false advertising? What if someone bought this stove because of its looks. Maybe I am mislead. But I thought all SH, TR, and Englander models LOOKED the same. Only the name changed. This is a Summers Heat model #..... My Englander 30-NC is actually a Summers Heat model, but I call it a 30-NC because that is what it really is. Made by Englander..

Here is the Link....

I see what you mean. That looks nothing like my stove. Maybe that is the new design. If so i still prefer the other better.

I does look as though the hopper would hold more.

Updating this thread for future reference. This the the 10-CDV

Found out shortly after, but forgot to update.

From the info I have read, it is a solid stove and is multi fuel (stove before the 10-CPM), but has no igniter. Manual light only.

One of the better Englander units made, just not very common.

No, the pic is right, it is a 10-CDV. No igniter, made by Englander. Very similar to 10-CPM but larger and heavier, almost two bags of pellets hopper capacity.

Sorry to correct you, but the 10-cdv hasn't been made by Englander in quite a few years. The pic is wrong....the description and model # are for the current multi-fuel model (aka 10-cpm). Don't believe me?....look on the Englander website for a new 10-cdv......good luck.

definitely a CDV in the pic, built up til 07 is a primary corn stove, manual start. the CPm replaced the model in our lineup.
i can check the UPC they gave for it, that number is generated by us and the two units in question will have a different UPC. i'll update when i get a chance to do it, cant access it from home
