We are wondering if anyone has ever had this problem before...

Our combustion blower voltage drops to 50 after the feeder motor stops. Which of course, causes the flame to almost extinguish and the fill the inside with smoke. When the feeder motor kicks back on, the voltage gets to almost 190.

We replaced the esp probe, cleaned stove inside, cleaned baffles, cleaned chimney, cleaned combust. blower, cleaned dist. blower.

No visible broken solders on mother board/daughter board.

Could the signal transmitter be the issue? Is there a way to test the signal transformer without replacing the circuit board? All ideas are welcome

Almost sounds like it thinks it's in test mode where it cycles the motor from high speed to low speed every minute of so.

I can tell before the auger comes on because the combustion blower does speed up more than normal. I have never had an issues with it.

That would make sense if we had a test mode, this is a 1990 Pellet Pro. There is no test mode.
