why not just put them as part of closing? with an oil tank, you pay for is contents at closing. talk it over with your realtor.
My realtor said the same thing....could be part of the credit you get for "left over fuel".

leave it for the next buyer? This is what I did when i sold my last home with my XXV. I had 65 bags left, gave about 40 to the inlaws and left the buyer 25.
