If this storm comes through as they say it's going to there will be lots of people adding to the stacks tomorrow.

Fireview - I have been keeping an eye out as well. I sure don't see anything yet that is scary. Of course this is the midwest and everything "weather" can change in a moments notice.

Yes there will be storms , just got 10 acres of wooded yard lookin good ( you know like washing & waxin the car ) . Did the same thing last year . Hopfully nobody get hurt

Cheers

If the weather guessers are correct, they will have to be pop up storms (which is very possible). There doesn't appear to be anything out there currently that looks scary.

Nothing here yet either as all have gone south of us. The stuff back in Wisconsin might bear watching though tonight.

this storm has the makings of some serious weather. it is muggy, muggy and hot right now.

Plenty of action just south of here with hail & strong winds. Not hearing any confirmed tornados locally. No news is good news

Several confirmed funnel clouds and one confirmed on the ground. No damage that I have heard of. It was pretty wicked weather, but it appears very little destruction came from it (around these parts). I hope everyone kept their heads down and rode it out. I was at the bar.;lol

Storm blew through my area at 3:30 a.m. with an amazing light show. I haven't checked for downed trees yet, but it blew at least half the blossoms off our giant catalpa tree--looks like snow on the ground.

We were in Wildwood Crest/Cape May, NJ, yesterday when those storms were being touted as big ones, and aimed at the NJ coast....so we made an executive decision and packed up the kids and the car at 9:30pm last night and headed home for central PA, to try and beat the storm.......

Didn't hit hardly any rain (a couple small pockets of it but nothing bad) til we got over Mount Nittany just east of State College, PA. That's when the light show came on (2:45am).....some AMAZING lightning...
By 3:15 am we were only around 12 miles from home when all hell broke loose....it rained like a MO-FO.....had to nearly stop the car, it was that bad...

By the time we got home 30 minutes or so later, it had nearly stopped. Then round two must have hit after we went to sleep, I woke up 8:00am and the little stream in my backyard was a ROARING WHITEWATER!

A storm rolled in on the job about 2pm, wind and small hail. There were a couple small trees down partly blocking the road on my way home. When I got home it wasn't even damp. My GF called though and said there were three trees down where she works and the church down the road had lost some big oak trees.
