From the outside it looks to be in good shape. I would say you could flip that for a decent buck.
 
Does the owner know it's gone? !!! It is nice looking though.

That hearth looks like the one I got with my last stove. LOL

That is an OK price. Who does your repainting?
Are you going to put in a new digital control panel and damper kit?
Is the door gasket a little skanky?
Also update the brass to nickel to sell it alot easier?

I had to replace the exhaust blower on the one that I rebuilt like that.

How much do you think it will cost to rebuild it?

You get what you get. The Lopi is gone. Sold it to a family in Maine that was replacing their crappy baby-m. I got work to do man, lucky you got one picture:)

So you sold them a 13 year old stove and took away their 6 year old stove? Pretty Slick! LOL

What will you do with the Baby-M now? Fix it up like new?
