Surfing on CL and found this bad boy........

111cc torque monster........they are big, and heavy, and will plow through wood all day long. Great price on a great milling saw boys.......I'm betting he'll go a little lower on it, too.

I'd buy it, but I just dropped cash on an 046, and a pair of BG55's so I ain't got the jingle right now, not to mention I already have a couple of them......figured I'd share it with someone who thinks they can handle this monster......

Why don't you find something like that closer to me?

How about an 880 for $2000

That 880 doesn't seem too bad. I mean it's only 100x what I paid for my 066 mag. :):):)

880 and 660 not even in the same ball park. 2k pretty high but a very good used 880 will bring 1500.00 or better. Got to remember is another 130.00 bucks over retail and if that is a 60 inch bar that's another 200.00. That's over 2200.00 out the door. (With no extra anything)

I have an old Cannon 42" roller tip for my 051/075 saws, that's more than enough for what I'll ever be cutting.....but I imagine out in the PNW, the may have a use for bars like that from time to time.......

But it'd be cool to own one!

Theres hard wood trees around here that a 60 would be idea. Now the real problem starts after its cut....Bawhahaha ( I had to stand on a create just to get over the top on this one)

Still one of my favorite pics on here Jay!! Don't get me wrong, we've got big growth trees here, too.....bit nothing that I can't take my 42" in from both sides, if need be.

I'd still like to get a 60" bar/chain combo someday, just in case!;)

Dunno Scotty. When dropping trees I like a bar that will reach all the way across. I don't like coming at them from both sides (just my pref). Sometimes I wish I had a 60" saw.
