Do you recognize this wood burner?

I came across this add-on wood burner. I'm thinking of using it in the shop if the price is right. I can't find any information on it, the seller says it's made by Cross? Does anyone recognize it?

I think the seller moved it to the garage for the sale. Yeah, marketing at it's finest.

There was a company that made boilers and furnaces called Coss heating and manufacturing
It looks like 1980's vintage

Exactly right. The seller just sent me a picture of the MFG plate. Coss heating and tested in 1980. I can't imagine it's much, if any, better than a more current Daka type?

Just a water jacked air-tight stove, complete with damper! Smoke dragon, if it's cheap, and does not show signs of deep pitting in the lower part of the firebox from creosote, or significant corrosion on the water jacket side. I'd buy it for the occasional fire, but if using as primary heat, I'd only consider something like that if it were a temporary situation.

Had a smoke dragon don't miss it.....

I have one almost exactly like the pic you posted. I love it. It is my primary heat for my whole house. And.... my house is HUGE Does a great job.
