I've seen these pieces before. Mind-boggling in their intricacy, complexity, craftsmanship & beauty. The guy only lived 64 years. I couldn't build one of his pieces in 64 years. :rolleyes:
 
That is amazing. I have seen some wonderful secretaries on Antique Roadshow, but this is the coolest ever!! I don't even what to know what its value is.

Never mind the engineering aspect, I wonder how much money it would take to duplicate the thing as I bet that would be mind boggling alone.

Impressive.
 
I have seen many different ways to put hidden compartments in furniture but nothing quite that complex, that is just, WOW :cool: _g
