Anybody use these? If so, can you give any feedback.

There is a place way out in central mass. And they do delivery, but you need to buy in pallet. I wanted to try a few out first.

Lucky you, that's great. I didn't know they were available on the east coast. Ask them to ship you a sample pack of a few logs. They are exceptionally dense and the original PrestoLog. Treat them with respect, they contain a lot of btus. The only other product I tested like them were the HomeFire Prest logs. Use a SuperCedar to start them.

Yes, they are the only I have found that weight 8lbs. I am also intrigued by the reports that they do not "accordian" like the other energy logs, rather they act like wood with chunk embers. Is that true in your experience?

Their product is fantastic! 8 lbs logs with little to no moisture! Far more cost effective than cord wood out here. My local source sells the pallet (240 logs) for $325

Yep, I wrote the review. They burn more like locust and leave little ash. The medium and low density logs aren't worth a hill of beans in my book.

agreed, i tried a few and burn away really quickly. I sometimes get biobricks on sale for $9 for 20 bricks. They are ok. But I wouldn't pay full price for them.

i sent them an email asking for a few samples. I really hope they send one. But I have 2+ cords ready now, so I'm better off this year.

I'd go ahead and order them. If you've burned ordinary compressed logs in the past you will be impressed with the difference.

Do you have a link to this place? I think I know where it is, I had the link a couple years ago and lost the data on my old computer. The place I'm thinking of was only open Saturday if you wanted to swing by and buy some.

Do you mean Robbins Garden? They are the only place around that has them and they don't send samples.
