Very creative.

Seems ok to me.

Oh, and what's a hunther?

A hunther is one who hunts, hun things,
I thought every one knew that.

OK, "organic wood" is dumb as a bag of hammers. However, if the deal is truly $60.00 for 1/3 of a cord of oak that's been split and stacked for six months, I'd take that in a heartbeat here in northern NJ. Up here, you can get 2/3 of a cord of "seasoned" junk for $200.00 just by clicking on the myriad of Craigslist ads.

Organic firewood is much better than that inorganic stuff ;lol

I prefer "free-range" firewood.;lol

Hats off to the guy for working for a living and trying to make a buck.

I agree, it's not seasoned enough for most stoves but it is seasoned some, at least he tells you upfront how long its been split and not saying its seasoned since he cut the tree down.

Red oak needs 2 or three years to dry...
The ad seems ok to me.

As far as how long oak takes to season , it depends on the condition of the tree when it's taken down or cut and split.
I have found some very dead oak on our place.
I don't cut live oak but I suppose if you do it could take 2-3 years to get it in shape to burn.

I'm thinking of starting a non genetically modified and organic firewood business. I would only sell in upper socio economic areas.
