connecting a flex liner tee to double wall

hi there, I have a free standing stove that I want to vent up through a masonary chimney. bought a forever flex 4in stainless liner. is there and adapter to connect the smooth clean out tee to double pl vent

I think those are just to connect to the liner itself and not the take off snout

It can be used for both methods.
