Just about all epa type stoves/furnaces are going to build up a pile of coals when pushed hard- nature of the designs- only way around this is to introduce forced air at or below the coal pile to burn it down. there are a few furnaces, epa 2015 specs, that use the inverted gassification system this just might help reduce that coal build up problem. I have delt with the coal build up as many have. My favorite trick was to rake coals forward put a couple compressed wood blocks on top of them and run it wide open.

My old one was as far from an EPA rig as you could get - the air came in part way up, and the liquid cooled firebox bottom sure didn't help. The new downdraft one is golden - burns everything right up.

There is VERY little feedback out there on Napoleon furnaces...and most of what I have seen was bad. There are some fans of their stoves around though...
I haven't been able to find much online either, seems odd for a furnace that has been out for several years?

I hear ya. I get the feeling they must not sell too many. I think they are a little pricey too...and most people probably aren't willing to drop that much money into an unknown...

No interest in doing the stove/furnace combo like we do? Sure works out well.
The only other thing I can think of that may be a possibility for you is a Yukon, they make some pretty big furnaces. (the Polar is the big dog)
They actually don't have anything available right now (in the US) because they are still working on tying up loose ends getting their new EPA cert. models out. They are still selling to Canada though.
The furnace in my avatar pic is an older Husky model (140k BTU Wood/Coal/Oil) Yukon is known for their 30 year warranty and top notch customer service among other things. The older models (like mine) didn't burn the cleanest (compared to the Caddy) but they were ahead of their time in the 70s/80s...I am waiting to see what their new stuff looks like, I may update mine...supposedly they will offer a kit to upgrade all the older units to the new clean burn style if anyone is so inclined. That is one thing that I really like on these things is that parts are still available for all of 'em and the newer upgraded parts can be used on the old original units too. Husky is rated for up to 3k sq ft, Polar is over 3k ft...you can get a "wood only" model (the Klondike) if you don't want the 2 in 1 automatic backup heat option.

7,000.000 sq ft. Thats a HUGE house, no wood furnace is going to do that, not even 2 of them. You are in need of a very large wood boiler.
