And also, are platinum still good ? or are there mix rates for it? I want to try softwood pellets without breaking the back with Douglas Fir, and saw these Okanagan Platinum for 250.

I was under the notion that Okanagan pellets were no longer sold. Are these old stock? 250 is a good price if they are in good condition. I have a couple of tons of the okie platinum from a couple of years ago. Great pellets. Paid over 300 per ton plus delivery ar that time.

according to their website, the Gold ones are not longer available.. platinum and doug fir are still being produced.

So i take they are the "okies". I 'll give them a try.

Where are they available for $250/ton? I paid about that last year from Squire lumber in Monson and couldn’t find them close to that price this year. Guess I should have waited. I did see Robins Garden Center has them for $259 in Oxford.

That is where, Robbins in Oxford... website reads 250. I have to give them a call to figure out if it has increased but i doubt it. If it did i would stick with the hardwood from logik-e which were great last year for me.

My mistake, $250 is a good price if they are the same quality as previous. I liked mine last year but I buy early in the spring and have my supply already. Seems that there are some good deals to be had out there. Let me know how the service/delivery is with Robins. I’ve only bought a few bags from them.
